Pablo Serna: “With the consolidation of our partnership with Valencia CF, both parties will grow locally and internationally”
Interview with the CEO of TM Grupo Inmobiliario on the renewal of the Main Global Partnership
It will include the necessary facilities to ensure all fans enjoy the match without limitations: removing barriers and offering new perspectives of the pitch.
The Nou Mestalla is being designed as a stadium for everyone — more accessible, open, and dynamic, with all the features needed to ensure fans with functional diversity and reduced mobility can enjoy a fully inclusive and barrier-free experience.
Already under construction since January 2025 and set to open in the summer of 2027, the new stadium will offer greater inclusivity than the current Camp de Mestalla. It will guarantee comfort and access for all fans, provide a wider variety of perspectives of the pitch, eliminate physical obstacles, and include accessible pathways to all areas of the venue.
Nou Mestalla will offer 274 seats for fans in wheelchairs, each with a companion seat — a significant increase over the current stadium, where demand exceeds availability and a waiting list exists.
As a new feature, the stadium will also include 432 seats specifically for people with reduced mobility (either temporary or permanent). Like the wheelchair-accessible areas, these sections will have special access routes to ensure fans enjoy matches safely and comfortably.
This expansion significantly enhances Valencia CF’s ability to serve its fans and elevates the matchday experience for everyone.
While current seating for fans with mobility limitations is mostly restricted to a corner in the stadium’s south zone, the Nou Mestalla will distribute accessible seating across multiple areas and tiers (lower and middle stands).
This will allow fans with accessibility needs to choose from a variety of ticket types, including, for the first time, access to hospitality areas, enabling them to fully enjoy their Valencianista passion.
