Diakhaby Begins to work with the ball After Eight Months Out Due to Injury
The Valencia CF defender is closer to his comeback
Valencia CF defender Mouctar Diakhaby has resumed ball training on the pitch following the serious injury he sustained in March 2024 during a match against Real Madrid CF. The central defender is focused on making his return to competition and is steadily getting closer to achieving that goal.
On Tuesday morning, Diakhaby completed another individual training session. This session featured a notable development: the incorporation of ball work in some of the various exercises carried out on the pitch at the Ciutat Esportiva de Paterna.
Throughout these months, the Guinean international has made significant strides in his recovery process. His progress has been meticulously overseen by the head of the club’s medical services, Pedro López, and orthopedic surgeon Bertrand Sonnery, who performed the operation. Undoubtedly, the club, teammates, family, and fans have played a crucial role in his positive progress during this time.
